Japan Regional Committee

One of the Alliance's historic strengths has been our strong local presence in the Japanese market and the continuity and dedication of  our Japan-based Itanium OEMs and regional representatives from our U.S. based sponsors.

The Japan Regional Committee (JRC) is comprised  of senior representatives from our sponsor organizations and is focused on broadly promoting Itanium-based technologies and developing  a strong local Itanium ecosystem in Japan. They have a close working relationship with key Charter Members such as Microsoft, Red Hat, and Novell and have jointly produced programs and workshops for ISVs and customers interested in developing Itanium-based mission-critical  applications.
