As an industrial telecommunications leader in Taiwan, Chunghwa Telecom is always looking for innovative ways to manage their vast telecom network. The application of BEA WebLogic on an HP system using Intel Itanium 2 processors enabled Chunghwa Telecom’s 112 Trouble Reporting Information System to grow along with the increasing demands of their telecom customers.
